Puppy Socials *SUNDAYS AT 9AM!*
No Monkey Business Dog Training puppy socials are on-going events that benefit dog owners around the Concord, New Hampshire area. Helen Nicholls, an Operation Socialization Certified Trainer is there to monitor the interactions, collect vaccination records and collect a fee for each class. When possible, we introduce socialization challenges such as agility tunnels, baby strollers or bicycles that are pushed through the training space, play pools and various loud noises. It is our goal to see that safe and supervised socialization is available to every young dog. Socialization is equivalent to a "behavior vaccination" that protects a dog from unnecessary fearfulness or the feeling that aggression is necessary. It prepares a young dog to live comfortably in a hectic society that includes fast bicycles, loud children, UPS delivery people and dogs of all sizes. See below for details.
Puppy Social Details
Dogs that are eligible: Puppies and young dogs ages 10 weeks to 4 months.
OLDER DOGS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED BY HELEN FIRST
What you need to attend: Please print out and bring with you the information packet below.
You MUST bring your dog's vaccination record that includes the usual (DHLPP) vaccinations, rabies, plus a bordatella (kennel cough) shot. Young puppies are eligible if they have the first two vaccinations in the puppy series plus bordatella.
